What are My Pages

My Pages are your personalized view of the portal. Each My Page displays portlets that you choose, in a layout that you choose.

Portlets, like the example on this page, are tools embedded in your portal. They increase the flexibility of your portal by allowing you to integrate applications, tools and services -- exactly the way you want them.

For example, you could add a portlet that allows you to explore recreation programs available for registration or one that stores your portal searches for repeated use.

To facilitate the use of My Pages, we have developed a number of default pages which automatically replace this one when you create a user account (Just select the Log In link in the portal banner).

Of course, these are only default pages and they can be modified as you see fit -- because they're your My Pages.
