We offer a variety of nature programs designed for adult and seniors groups.

Guided Nature Walks (all ages)

Explore one of Calgary's amazing parks or greenspaces! An environmental educator will guide you through your favourite natural area in the season of your choice - you pick the date and location. We will work with you to customize the program based on your group's needs and interests. Activities will include historical fun facts and plant and wildlife identification.

Length: 1 hour
Location: Any City of Calgary park or green space
Cost: $104, maximum 30 participants

Tree Workshops

Right Tree, Right Location

We are offering in-person information sessions about what it means to have the Right Tree for the Right Location. Join a session and our experts will teach you how to choose, plant, efficiently water and care for new trees in your yard. Space at each session is limited and content at sessions will be the same. Please only sign up for one session.

Pruning Basics & Pests and Disease

These workshops were held online in 2021 and feature live Q&A offering advice and answering tree related questions/concerns.
