Adaptive family golf nights
Adaptive Family Golf Night is for families experiencing disability, (of any type, physical, sensory, developmental and or intellectual).
Juniors golf for free when accompanied by one paying adult/senior.
Where: Beginner 9-hole golf course at McCall Lake.
When: Select Saturdays from 4-5 p.m. in June, July and August.
Family golf nights
Family Golf Night is for juniors (4-17 years old) with at least one adult/senior per foursome.
Juniors golf for free when accompanied by one paying adult/senior.
Where: Beginner 9-hole golf courses at McCall Lake or Lakeview.
When: Select Saturdays from 5-7 pm in June, July and August.
Youth on Course program
Golf Canada and our Provincial Golf Associations are proud to help provide youth with access to affordable golf through our partnership with Youth on Course. This program gives youth access to all 7 City of Calgary Golf Courses (Confederation Park, Lakeview, McCall Lake 18, McCall Par 3, Maple Ridge, Shaganappi Point 18 and Shaganappi Valley 9) for $5 or less/round. To get this access, you need to sign up as a junior member of Alberta Golf/Golf Canada for an annual cost of $59.95. Once you are a junior member, you will receive a Youth on Course membership card that will allow you to access our courses at the reduced rates.
Take a Kid to the Course
Take a Kid to The Course is Canada’s largest junior golf initiative and has been growing junior and family golf at member courses for over 20 years with hundreds of thousands of golfers ‘taking a kid’ for a round throughout the program’s history.
Dates and details:
- July 1-6 at McCall Par 3
- Sundays from July 7 – September 1 at McCall Par 3 and Lakeview
Family subsidies available
Recreation fee assistance discounts apply to golf lessons.
Customers with a valid Recreation Fee Assistance Card can visit any clubhouse to request a Fee Assistance Golf Smart Card to activate their fee assistance discount on regular green fees.
Fee Assistance green fees are available after 2 PM daily.
