Business plans and budgets accountability reports

Accountability reports provide high level status reporting on major elements of department business plans and budgets including:

  • the status of all Council priorities,
  • key challenges and accomplishments related to business plan commitments,
  • updates on department budget performance (operating and capital budgets), and
  • information on selected department performance measures.

The accountability reports provide regular information on the alignment of our current efforts with our longer-term planning goals. As such they provide a tool that assists Council in managing the effective delivery of our three-year business plan and budget commitments.
