What we heard

Your input is an important part of the business planning and budgeting process. By getting your feedback on key questions, we were better able to understand your perspective on our service levels and what services you value for the tax dollars you pay.

To inform Council’s priorities for the next four years, Council met to discuss what they heard from citizens on the campaign trail. They considered this feedback, along with the results of the annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey, to support their discussions and decisions on the priority areas we should focus on for the next four years.

The input that was collected via the platforms outlined below, helped to shape the 2019-2022 service plans and budgets.
