AMBER Alerts
AMBER Alert is a public notification system used to help locate an abducted child or adult with a proven mental or physical disability. The program works with cooperation between several organizations, including the Calgary Police Service.

Subscribe to automatic alerts
There are several ways to sign up to receive automatic AMBER alert messages:
- On your cell phone - register with Wireless AMBER Alerts
- On Facebook - "like" the Alberta Emergency Alert System's Facebook page
- On Twitter - follow Alberta Emergency Alert System's twitter feed.
- Via RSS - subscribe to the Alberta Emergency Alert System RSS feed.
