COVID-19 - State of Local Emergency

State of Local Emergency

The City of Calgary is currently in a State of Local Emergency. The State of Local Emergency was declared on November 25, 2020.  

The Government of Canada and the Province of Alberta have also issued orders in respect of the COVID-19 or Coronavirus pandemic.

Previous State of Local Emergency Orders

March 15 - June 11 State of Local Emergency

The State of Local Emergency was declared on March 15 and has been terminated, effective June 12.

Renewals of State of Local Emergency

The State of Local Emergency was last renewed on May 19, 2020.
