Add your business to Things That Are Open
Add your business listing to thingsthatareopen.com. Visit things that are open – business submission to register.
Update your Google Maps listing
Update your business hours
- Log in to Google My Business
- Click Info from the left menu
- Click on your current business hours
- Update the days and hours that your business is open
- Click Apply
List your business as temporarily closed
- Log in to Google My Business
- Click Info from the left menu
- On the right side of the screen, look for “Close this business on Google.”
- Click Mark as temporarily closed
Add a COVID-19 notice for customers
- Log in to Google My Business
- Click Posts from the left menu
- At the top of the page, click the “COVID-19 update”
- Write a message to your customers, including information like temporary closures, new operations like delivery or curb-side-pickup or other important information
- Click Preview to see a preview of your message
- Click Publish when you’re ready to publish your message
