Devonian Gardens provides a unique setting for your corporate function, wedding, social event or photography session. Below are the current rates for booking Devonian Gardens – all prices include GST and are subject to change.

Registered not-for-profit groups receive a 25% discount on all prices.
Weddings
All wedding ceremonies occur in the Terrace. You have the option to pay hourly (2 hours minimum) or purchase a wedding ceremony package. This package costs $2,300 and hosts up to 150 people.
The wedding ceremony package includes:
- A one-hour consultation with Parks staff.
- A one-hour rehearsal.
- A four-hour booking to allow for set-up of ceremony, take-down, and photographs (includes photo permit).
- Use of 150 wedding chairs and pipe & drape for privacy.
- A four-hour booking in the Event Room to use as a bridal party space.
Receptions can also be held at Devonian Gardens. They are booked by the hour (photos are permitted for no extra fee in the areas booked). Photography session fees and additional fees may apply. See catering info.

Photography
Devonian Gardens is a beautiful indoor spot for photographs of family portraits, social events, wedding parties, and other non-commercial photography. A permit for a commercial photo session is required (see Parks and Pathways Bylaw), with the exception of wedding ceremony packages.
- Photo sessions are $150/hour and must be prepaid and are non-refundable.
- Permits for photo sessions are issued for a one-hour period offering unrestricted use of all garden areas while remaining open to the public.
- Only one permit is granted per time slot.
- Photo sessions can only be held during park hours.
- You may book the circle garden for a private photography session.
- Photo permits are only bookable 8 weeks prior to their requested date.
- Cancellation Policy
If a photography booking is cancelled with more than 5 business days’ notice, a refund in the same form of payment, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee, will be provided. If the booking is cancelled with less than 5 business days’ notice, the amount of the booking will be kept in full. Cancellation of events must be done in writing to be considered valid.
