Recreation Passes purchased before facilities closed for COVID-19 can still be used at an open facility. New passes can be purchased in-person at our open locations.
Pass changes due to COVID-19
Monthly payments restarted
Payments restarted on August 4 for customers who pay monthly. The first payment was adjusted to make up for the facility closures.
Expiration date extension
The pass expiry date has been extended for 12-month term passes and 10x punch cards. The extension covers the duration of the closure.
Pass cancellations
Passes can only be cancelled by email at this time. Our team will confirm the cancellation and refund. Learn more about cancelling a pass.
