This will require you to complete a Land Use Redesignation and work with the File Manager if this district is appropriate for the proposed land use change. Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG and R-CGex) District

The changes to this district make it easier to develop mid-block parcels into townhouses and rowhouses. We are accepting applications for Development Permits for R-CG parcels. This will require you to complete a Development Permit application and work with the File Manager.
