Swim, learn to swim, dance and so much more is available here. Renfrew offers day camps, martial arts and loads of fitness opportunities. Take a steam or soak in the hot tub, swim lengths or simply enjoy fun and fitness with friends and family. Our state-of-the-art weight room will challenge your fitness level and help you reach your goals. Renfrew Aquatic & Recreation Centre in Northeast Calgary offers both registered and drop-in aquatic and fitness class options. The centre is also conveniently located beside Stew Hendry / Henry Viney Arenas and Renfrew Athletic Park.

About Renfrew Aquatic and Recreation Centre

The Renfrew Aquatic and Recreation Centre has a number of features and amenities for you and your family to enjoy, including:

  • An indoor, 25-metre salt water pool with six lanes. Depth ranges from 1.1 to 1.4 metres. Temperature varies from 28.5 to 30 °C.
  • A dive pool with 1-metre diving board. Pool depth ranges from 3 to 3.5 metres. Temperature varies from 28.5 to 29 °C.
  • A salt water hot tub / whirlpool. Temperature between 39.5 and 40 °C.
  • A steam room.
  • A sun deck.
  • A weight room with modern cardio equipment.
  • Family change rooms
  • Babysitting (All babysitters are certified with standard First Aid and Basic Rescuer CPR training).

This facility also offers a number of registered and drop-in aquatic and fitness classes.
