Offering fitness, day camps and, of course, swimming, Northwest Calgary's Shouldice Aquatic Centre is perfect to train, get fit or just have fun. A great 25 metre six lane pool to play or swim in, awaits. The dive tank with a 1 metre and 3 metre, spring diving boards challenge the daring. Join one of the aquatic classes to get your heart pumping. Shouldice offers both registered and drop-in aquatic and fitness class options.

About Shouldice Aquatic Centre

The Shouldice Aquatic Centre has a number of features and amenities for you and your family to enjoy, including:

  • An indoor, 25-meter salt water swimming pool with six lanes. Depth ranges from 1.1 to 1.7 metres. Temperature varies from 28.5 to 30 °C.
  • A dive pool with a 1.5 metre slide and two diving boards – a 1-metre board and a 3-metre board. Pool depth ranges from 3 to 3.7 metres. Temperature varies from 28.5 to 29 °C.
  • A steam room.

This facility also offers a number of registered and drop-in aquatic fitness classes.
