What's new in Rentals and Bookings?
Import your rentals/bookings schedule straight into your calendar!
You can now email your rentals and bookings schedule to yourself, which can easily be imported into many calendar programs. Log in to your account and you’ll see a “schedule” button – click it and follow the instructions.
Facility Allocation Review - The City is reviewing the allocation system used for booking City owned and operated facilities. A new allocation system will be created that establishes fair and equitable permitting opportunities. Open houses will be held in the first quarter of 2012. For more information, view the

Book Artificial Turf online - Sports groups can now book artificial turf fields online. The Stampeder and Encana fields at Shouldice Athletic Park can be booked next day and up to two weeks in advance.
