Public notices

The Development Permit Public Notice is a listing of development applications that have been approved by the Development Authority in accordance with The City of Calgary Land Use Bylaw 1P2007. This notice provides members of the public an opportunity to express opinions on proposed developments. The public notice is published weekly in the Calgary Herald and online. To arrange viewing for any of the listed development permits or plans, please contact Development Permit Circulation at 403-268-5744 to request an appointment.

Persons wishing to appeal any of the above decisions must do so by filing a "NOTICE OF APPEAL", along with payment of a $100 filing fee, to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, no later than August 4, 2016.
