Applies to the disposal of specific materials. Materials must be separated.

Asphalt shingles: Free of tar paper, vents, etc.
Wood: Untreated dimensional lumber, used pallets, and other wood items that are made of raw and un-processed wood.
Drywall: Gypsum wallboard that has less than 2% by weight of garbage, wood, metal and other contaminants. Wet, painted or vinyl covered boards are acceptable, as well as exterior grade boards. |

Yard Waste

Leaves, branches, grass, stumps and general yard debris are accepted. Sod and soil are excluded. All materials must be loose, not in plastic bags. |

Clean Fill
Charges will vary depending on site-specific clean fill requirements.
Clean fill includes dirt, clay or gravel the size of peas.
The load must be free of any debris. Debris includes sod, wood, garbage, roots, etc.
A soil analysis test may be required before disposal. For more information, call 3-1-1. |

Designated Materials Rate
Applies to the disposal of specific materials from construction, demolition or renovations.
Applies to commercial customers only.
Designated materials include:
Concrete: whole or crushed, up to 1 m (3.5 ft), that may contain asphalt, metal reinforcement or aggregate.
Brick and masonry block: structural or decorative, with or without mortar, crushed or whole.
Asphalt: road asphalt or asphalt shingles.
Scrap metals: construction, demolition and renovation related scrap metals up to 1.2 m (4 ft).
Cardboard: empty and free of other garbage.
