CTrain Service Information
When maintenance or construction work impacts a station, CTrain replacement service buses will be deployed to ensure customers can still complete their trip and get where they need to go.
What to anticipate during a closure?
During planned closures, we provide signage at the impacted stations with a map and details of where to find the replacement bus stops. There is a QR code on the sign that leads to Google Maps, allowing you to see where you are on the map in relation to the stop and follow along in real time. There is also a QR code that links to the CTrain Service Information webpage for the full closure details.
The replacement bus stops either have temporary signs with this icon on it,
or permanent orange signs that look like this
Replacement service buses will show “Red/Blue Line Shuttle” on the display.

We review our bus routes and schedules four times a year to figure out what’s working and what could be improved. We consider several factors including feedback from our customers and drivers, ridership levels, and changing traffic patterns.
