Effective November 25, 2017, when applying for a residential home improvement project, please use the Home Improvement Application Form.
Specific project types and requirements to make application for either a building or development permit are found in Section 4 (What are you applying for) on this application form.
The checklists within the application form replace the individual development and building permit requirement lists (also known as CARLs) previously shown in this document library. These checklists are specifically for home improvement projects only.
