Active Appeals / Public Reports

The SDAB is not an evidence-seeking body; it only relies on the evidence that it receives from parties to an appeal. All material that the SDAB receives about an appeal is included in a "Board Report".

Submissions in every case -- including names, addresses, contact information and signatures -- will be publicly-available in the Board Report in its entirety. This information may also be referenced in the Board's publicly-available written decisions. Additional information about Board Reports, including the process for requesting that certain information not be included in the version of the Board Report that is published online, is available in the SDAB Procedural Guidelines.

The Board Reports and plans posted on this page are shared only for the purpose of providing information about appeals to which they refer. Please note that the documents may be missing submissions that parties to the appeal provided after the submission deadline.

The table below lists all appeals for which hearings are not yet concluded, and the next scheduled date for sessions of hearings.

*Submission Deadline

The SDAB must receive submissions by the deadlines indicated above in order for them to be included in the Board Report, which is made available on the Board's website prior to the hearing.

Parties are encouraged to provide all materials in electronic format by email sent to info@calgarysdab.ca. Alternatively one (1) hard copy must be delivered to the SDAB’s office prior to the submission deadline. Materials must be marked with the party’s contact information, and the date/time of drop-off. The SDAB’s office is open during business hours, or you may use the secure drop box located on the 1st Floor, 1212 31 Ave NE, past the elevators, near the Canada Post mailboxes.
