Information | Submissions

If you are sending materials to the  Board, including notices of appeal or submissions relating to a hearing,  instead of mailing materials, please submit them:

   
• By email at info@calgarysdab.ca    
• By courier or hand-delivery to the Board’s office at 4th  floor, 1212 31 Ave NE from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm business  days; or    
• By placing them in the black drop box beside the building  mailboxes in the west hall on the main floor (near the postal boxes).

Information | SDAB Registration

If you plan on attending a hearing, we ask that you pre-register as an attendee by sending an email to info@calgarysdab.ca. Alternatively, if you are unable to send an email to our office you can contact us directly by phone at 403-268-5312.

Pre-registration is important because it helps our Tribunal Clerks ensure a smooth hearing process when checking in attendees the day of the hearing. This information also allows our administration to keep all attendees and interested parties informed on the appeal.

Please ensure to include the following information when you preregister to attend a hearing.

• Appeal Number
• Your Role (i.e. Appellant, Applicant, Neighbour, Other, etc.)
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Mailing Address (Optional)
• Whether or not you would like to speak/present at the hearing
