Development manager

CAA ICON is the development manager for the Scotia Place Event Centre project. They will oversee and manage the design and construction teams, ensuring that Scotia Place is completed on time and within approved budgets.

Design consultants

DIALOG and HOK are the design consultants for Scotia Place. They are working closely with The City and Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation to design a landmark event centre in Calgary’s Culture + Entertainment District.

Construction managers

CANA and Mortenson will manage the day-to-day activities of constructing Scotia Place, ensuring the event centre is built on schedule, within budget and according to The City’s design and building standards. They will also coordinate with subcontractors and address any issues that arise during construction.
