Future Developments
The City of Calgary is one of the few municipalities that services and sells its real estate assets. Real Estate & Development Services (RE&DS) develops and sells City-owned land for use as industrial parks, business parks and for mixeduse developments. To date, we have developed over 5,000 acres and have sold to 2,700 businesses that employ more than 50,000 people.
