The City’s land development team is preparing a planning application to outline the proposed subdivision and development of 205 hectares of land west of Macleod Trail SW between Stoney Trail and 210 AV. The submission will be reviewed at arm's length by The City’s development application review team, progressing through Calgary Planning Commission and Public Hearing of Council for a final decision.

NOTE: The work is separate and distinct from the West Macleod Residual Lands Area Structure Plan (ASP), which is focused on high-level policy direction for adjacent lands to the south.
