There are two ways to dispose of contact lenses, contact lens cases and disposable blister packs.
Black cart

Put into your black cart
Put used and expired contact lenses, contact lens cases and disposable blister packs in your black cart as garbage.
Participating vision centres

Take to a special drop-off location
Take used and expired contact lenses and blister packs to participating optometrist offices or vision centres for recycling.
Check with your local office or see list of participating locations at TerraCycle. Contact the location to confirm what items they are accepting.
