This spring, the City of Calgary is once again offering complimentary compost to residents as part of its annual compost giveaway. The program is a great opportunity to improve the health of your yard or garden while supporting waste reduction through the green cart program.

I want to share an update on the North Calgary Water Servicing (NCWS) Project, a major piece of infrastructure work underway in northwest Calgary that is critical to supporting both existing communities and future growth. This will expand and strengthen the reliability of our water system by adding capacity and redundancy, and help make sure Calgarians continue to have access to clean, safe drinking water for decades to come.
