How to dispose
There are two ways to dispose of paper food wrappers and bags depending on whether they are clean or food-soiled.
Mostly clean paper

Put into your blue cart or take to a community recycling depot
 
Put clean paper wrappers and takeout bags (a little grease is ok):
- Into your blue cart for recycling
 - Take to a community recycling depot
 
A lot of grease, sauce and food chunks
- 
    
	
Put into your green cart
 
Put food-soiled paper food wrappers and takeout bags into your green cart for composting (sauce-covered, icing covered or lots of food chunks).
You can also reuse takeout bags as a liner in your kitchen compost pail.
