Put into your blue cart or take to a community recycling depot
Put bagged shredded paper and documents:
Into your blue cartĀ for recycling
Take to a community recycling depot
Shredded paper must be placed in a clear/transparent plastic bag with the handles securely tied.
Why does shredded paper need to be bagged?
Shredded paper must be bagged in order to keep all the shredded paper pieces contained together. The paper bits are too small to be sorted loose and will end up contaminating the other recyclables.
