- Tampon and applicators (paper and plastic)
- All forms of sanitary liners (including the backing paper)
- Napkins and pads

Put into your black cart
Put feminine products and packaging into your black cart as garbage. Even if they are labelled “biodegradable” or “compostable”, they still belong in the garbage.
Special instructions
- Wrap soiled items in toilet paper or put in a garbage bag before disposing.
- Never flush sanitary products down the toilet as it can harm drainage pipes and the environment.
