How to dispose

There are two ways to dispose of wearable technology devices.

Manufacturer recycling or trade-in programs

  • Take to a special drop-off location

Return wearable devices to the manufacturer as part of recycling or trade-in programs available.


Electronics recycling drop-off

  • Take to an electronics recycling drop-off

Take old and broken wearable devices for free to an electronics recycling drop-off. You can also take these items to a City Eco Centre for free – if you bring with other garbage, charges will apply.
