114 Ave SE and Barlow Trail Piling

Just east of Douglas Glen station, the Green Line will be elevated as it crosses 114 Avenue and Barlow Trail S.E. This contract was to prepare the area for construction of the elevated guideway.
Scope of work
The scope of work included drilling and installing 22 concrete piles (six abutment piles and 16 pier piles), relocating utilities, and completing road realignment upgrades, including widening medians along Barlow Trail S.E.

June 2026 Update
Drilling of all 22 piles was completed in December before work paused for much of January through March. Construction resumed in April with additional utility and road reconfiguration work. This phase will continue through June, culminating in the final top lift of asphalt across the entire project area.
