July 2026 Update

Construction continues to advance at the future MSF site. Following mobilization in June, crews began removing topsoil and carrying out rough grading work to prepare the site for major construction activities.

Foundation work is also underway, with multiple concrete pours completed already. As part of this work, anchor bolts supplied through a separate steel contract have been installed in the concrete foundations, helping prepare the site for structural steel installation planned for next year.

Construction of retaining walls has begun, and crews have also started installing underground utilities that will support future facility operations. Work will continue throughout the summer as site preparation, foundation construction, and underground infrastructure activities progress.
