- A Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) was posted on May 19, 2026.
- A Request for Proposal (RFP) is scheduled to go to market in Q3 2026.
Scope of Work
Design, supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of a complete signalling and train control system. The system shall ensure the safe and efficient movement of trains on the mainline, all access tracks (including maintenance and storage facilities), and test tracks. The system shall support both safety critical train protection and centralized operational control to manage train services under all operating conditions.
