Meet the Calgarians building the Green Line - Leah Russell

Since joining the project in December of 2022 as Director of Strategy for CSIX, Leah has continuously worked on resourcing jobs and ensuring the best people are brought on to the project. With an extensive background in major infrastructure projects, including Metrolinx and REM, Leah brings unique and meaningful expertise to the Green Line Project. 

Following RFP evaluation, the Green Line Board selected CSIX Partners, comprised of Aldea Services Inc, Altus Group, Mott MacDonald, SNC-Lavalin and Turner & Townsend, as the Delivery Partner for the Green Line. CSIX Partners brings extensive technical and commercial expertise in complex megaprojects with an ability to scale resources based on project needs and phasing. As Director of Strategy for CSIX, Leah also working with organizational management  and governance, and ensures the right processes and procedures are followed through delivery.
