Tips for completing fillable PDF forms

Fillable PDF forms require Adobe Reader to complete. Many browsers and other PDF applications cannot support the fields and business logic contained within the fillable forms.

Completing a form directly in a browser or in a different PDF application will compromise the file. Downloading the fillable PDF form and opening it with Adobe Reader is your best option.
