Local business feature - Gravity Espresso & Wine Bar

Whether you want to relax alone with a cup of coffee or share a bottle of wine and a cheese platter with friends, Gravity Espresso & Wine Bar has the perfect setting.

Green Line spoke with owner Andy Fennel about what it’s been like opening a new location in the Eau Claire community and the growth of the business.

“We’ve always been about friendliness, the casual nature that we bring to something that’s a little bit more than a coffee shop,” said Fennel. “You’re not in a restaurant or a cafe, you’re sort of in that middle ground.”

The small family-run business has focused on providing a relaxing ambient environment for guests to tune out the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Visitors can experience live music performances from local artists and a wide range of food and drink options throughout the day.  All three locations offer event bookings and are great spaces for cocktail parties, work events, private music events or book launches.

The Eau Claire location opened in March and has been welcomed with open arms by the community. “We’re very fortunate to have the opportunity to grow in this area, Eau Claire is going through a transition. The Green Line is going to make a big difference.”
