Programs to help grow Calgary’s tree canopy to 16 per cent on both public and private land. By prioritizing areas with lower tree canopy coverage, we're working toward a more equitable distribution of trees across the city.

  • Branching Out

    Tree planting partnerships to increase trees on private land.

    Programs include the popular annual residential homeowner program and the commercial/industrial landowner and condominium board program.

  • Community Trees

    Building community support for tree planting on private and public land.

    Includes our Community Tree Ambassador, School Planting, Volunteer Planting and Neighbourhood Trees programs.
