The City of Calgary Parks is developing a new park in the community of East Victoria Park along Macleod Trail S.E. between 11th and 12th Avenues S.E., adjacent to the yellow Enoch Sales House that faces 12th Avenue S.E.

The site is located above the CTrain tunnel and is currently used as a parking lot. The City of Calgary sees this future park as a much needed neighbourhood park for Calgarians who live and work in the community. Parks has worked with external partner groups and the public (via an open house) to develop a design development plan for the park.

This plan was presented to the Calgary Planning Commission in spring 2013. Construction began in the summer of 2013 and is expected to be complete by spring 2015.
