Lakeview noise barrier replacement

Project overview

Between Between July 21 and Fall 2025, we're replacing a section of the noise barriers adjacent to Lakeview Golf Course as part of the City's ongoing noise barrier replacement and repair program.

This work ensures our noise walls continue to reduce sound and improve quality of life for nearby residents for years to come.

What to expect on the golf course

Hole #4 reroute: Temporary changes will be in place to keep the course safe and playable.
Noise: Heavy machinery will be operating during construction hours.
Dust and debris: You may notice dust from demolition and concrete work.
Ground vibration: Some drilling may cause shaking near the construction area.
