Redevelopment has been happening in established neighborhoods for years. The City tracks water use, fire flow needs, and pipe capacity for wastewater and stormwater to make upgrades when necessary and reduce impacts on residents.

Established area linear levy pilot
This three-year pilot offers an opportunity to receive reimbursement of construction costs for local water and sanitary upgrades that are triggered by development applications in the Established Area.

Stormwater Incentive Program
Landowners, developers, and The City all work together to build homes and take care of stormwater. The Stormwater Incentive Program (SIP) wants to create more houses and better stormwater systems.
