Pre-booking gives eligible groups the opportunity to reserve space in advance for select public swim, public skate and other recreation activities. Whether you're planning a school outing, community event or group visit, pre-booking can help make your experience easier and more enjoyable.

How to pre-book your space
To pre-book space for your group, use one of the options below:
- Fill out the online booking form (must be submitted seven days prior to your visit)
- Call Facility Bookings at 403‑268‑3800 (option 2)
Pre-booking rules
- All fees must be paid in one transaction.
- 30 days’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.
- A $10.50 administration fee applies.
- Online requests must be submitted at least seven days in advance. You will receive a response within five business days.
- Phone requests must be made at least two business days in advance.
- Requested bookings are subject approval from on-site staff.
