The Corporate Records section of the City Clerk's Office is responsible for the Records Management Program and Archives.
The Records Management unit coordinates records management activities throughout the Corporation including program advancement, training, compliance monitoring, and regular updates to the Corporate Records Classification and Retention Schedule. For more information contact 403-268-5804.
The Archives unit maintains the corporate memory of The City of Calgary. As the official repository of all civic records of enduring value, it acquires, preserves, and makes these records available to City staff and the public.
