Hey Neighbour!

With the world cautiously and slowly beginning to open back up, there are a lot of awesome events being scheduled this summer!

Neighbour Day takes place on Saturday, June 18th, with residents all across the city coming together to celebrate community spirit, kindness, and resilience. Started in June 2014 to celebrate the incredible outpouring of support and generosity demonstrated after the 2013 floods, we’re continuing to celebrate one of the things that makes Calgary such a great city — our strong and caring communities.

Check in with your local Community Association to find out what events are happening in your area, or grab a neighbour and pull together your own Neighbour Day celebration. Big or small, the City’s Neighbour Day website has a ton of helpful resources to make your community celebration something special.
