Gymnastics classes

We offer introductory gymnastics classes that provide a foundation for future training and many skills that are transferrable to other sports. Children develop in leaps and bounds as they learn the basics on floor, bars, beams, trampolines and vault.

About our gymnastics instructors

Our instructors are enthusiastic, caring and knowledgable professionals. All staff are Certified National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) with SFA/CPR/AED Level C.

What are gymnastics classes like?

Our introductory classes are focussed on skill development with an emphasis on fun. Participants will practice gymnastics skills on floor, bars, beams, trampolines, and vault. Classes typically run 45 - 60 minutes.

A signed waiver form for each participant is required.

Come prepared

Leave jewelry at home and please bring:

  • Gym apparel (must be zipper free)
    • Shorts, tights or leotards
    • T-shirt or form-fitting top
    • Bare feet recommended (gym slippers are not mandatory)
  • A water bottle
