Village Square Leisure Centre Multipurpose Rooms
Our multipurpose rooms are regularly used for internal meetings, playschool, day camps, and Calgary AfterSchool programs. These rooms can be booked for meetings, group bookings and private events.
Our rooms have:
- A sink, paper towel dispenser and soap dispenser.
- Up to twenty child sized chairs.
- Two tables (adjusted for preschoolers but can be raised for adults).
- Adult folding chairs and additional tables may be brought into each room as needed.
Cabinets, toys and storage pieces for internal programs may be in the room. These items are packed up into a corner when the room is booked for private events.

Multi-Purpose Room
- Several medium multi-purpose spaces available weekdays only.
- Meeting Set-Up:
- Theatre-Style for up to 25.
- Classroom-Style for up to 12.
- Tables/Chairs for up to 25.
Activity Room
- Large multi-purpose room with a mirrored wall.
Is there wifi in the building?
- Shaw Public Wifi can be weak. Bring any presentations on a USB stick.
- Laptop and Projector: Not available for public use.
- Portable Screen is available. Must be requested at time of booking.
Falconridge Room (Blue) has windows and a door facing outside, West.
Monterey Room (Purple) has windows and a door facing outside, West.
Pineridge Room (Orange) located in middle of Falconridge and Rundle.
Rundle Room (Yellow) located closest to multipurpose hallway doors on North side.
Saddleridge multipurpose room
Temple Room (Red) located in middle of Monterey and Whitehorn.
Whitehorn Room (Green) located closest to multipurpose hallway doors on South side.

- For five or less dates call 403-268-3800, option 2 (Mon. - Fri. 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.). or use the online application.
- For more than five dates, use the online application.
It takes up to five business days to process the application. You will receive notification of the outcome of your application by email.
To cancel a booking
Amendments (including time changes) received less than 30 days of the booking will be charged an administrative fee of $10.50.
Cancellations received within 30 days of the booking are non-refundable.
