Differing interpretations when processing large groups of applications may be eased by assigning dedicated staff to review similar plans for large developments.

Consistent staff training has been made a priority as opposed to dedicating individual staff to high volume builders which may not resolve inconsistent application of regulations and codes. It would not be ideal to assign individual staff to serve specific clients as this creates scheduling difficulties and would reduce availability for quick turnaround. Staff are more consistent when reviewing plans. Applicants can now use a "one stop shop" online that is automated, user-friendly and secure. It allows customers to create, modify and complete many components of their Master Development Agreement and Indemnification Agreement online.
