Citizen Information & Services provides two-way information and services for Calgary citizens, business and visitors through The City’s primary communications channels: 311 and calgary.ca

This service receives your feedback that helps The City prioritize, develop and modify services to better meet your needs. We provide easy-to-access information and services in a collective voice to build trust in your municipal government.

Council direction


As we provide information and web and digital service needs for all City service lines, Citizen Information & Services contributes to all Council Directives. We continue to respond to citizen inquiries and provide information to build citizen understanding of City services, program and policies.

We will support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through promoting digital service delivery and providing citizen data to inform service improvements.
