What you’ll do here
As Calgary grows and evolves, your work will directly influence how our city looks, feels, and functions. You’ll help turn visionary ideas into real-world outcomes that respect community character, support economic vitality, and promote environmental resilience. Join us to:
- Support transformative projects like the revitalization of Calgary’s downtown. We’ll do this by helping increase residential homes and vibrant public spaces, reimagining Chinatown, and undertaking other innovative urban initiatives that are reshaping Calgary’s identity.
- Craft land use policies that guide smart, sustainable development across diverse communities.
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure growth meets the needs of residents, businesses, and future generations. Work with communities and business areas to identify public realm improvements in their neighbourhoods that help respond to growth and change, seeking funding for the projects, and enabling their construction.
