Property Taxes Due June 30, 2025
Just a quick reminder for Ward 2 residents—property tax bills have been sent out this week, and the deadline to pay is coming up fast: Monday, June 30.
If you haven’t already, now’s a good time to make a plan. Whether you prefer to pay in full or want a more manageable option, there are a couple of easy ways to stay on top of it and avoid any late payment penalties.
One of the best ways to simplify your property taxes is by signing up for The City’s Tax Instalment Payment Plan (TIPP). Instead of making one large payment each June, TIPP lets you spread your property taxes over smaller monthly instalments. It makes budgeting easier—and it means no stress over late fees.
Joining is quick and easy:
- Head to calgary.ca/TIPP
- Fill out your custom agreement online
- You’ll get a confirmation email right away
If you’d rather speak with someone, just call 311, or 403-268-2489 if you're outside Calgary, and request a TIPP agreement.
New this year, you can also view your current tax bill—and the last four years of your billing history—online anytime at calgary.ca/mytax. It’s a secure and convenient way to keep track of everything in one place.
Just remember—whether you pay in full or join TIPP, be sure to do it by June 30 to avoid any late penalties.
Let’s keep things simple and stress-free this tax season.
