Neighbourhood Streets - 22 St. & 47 Ave. S.W.

Neighbourhood Streets - 22 Street & 47 Avenue S.W.

Project Overview

The City is testing a Neighbourhood Streets pilot policy with the goal of creating streets where neighbours of all ages and abilities can connect and have access to safe travel options. As part of the Neighbourhood Streets Program, and in consultation with the Marda Loop Community Association, The City of Calgary is looking to address speed issues in the community by installing speed humps along 22 Street and 47 Avenue S.W. to help calm traffic.

This summer, road conditions in your community will be changing. As the speed humps are installed, there may be an impact to the flow of traffic in the community.
