The full base package price will be charged at the time of booking.

Before and after your party
- Have your guests meet inside the front entrance
- Check in with our staff at the customer service desk, use the pass holder, program, booking line, 15 minutes before your scheduled party time.
- Additional party guests must be paid for before entering the paid area. You must greet any late guests.
- Arrive at your designated space on time. You have access to your party space at the start time of your booking.
- A large bin on wheels is available for storage of gifts, coats, etc.
- You must throw away all garbage and take your belongings with you at the end of your booking.
- Space must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the booked time. Due to the volume of party bookings, we are unable to extend your booking time.
Additional information
Food and Drinks
You are welcome to bring food and drinks for your stay in the party area/room. Remember to bring all your birthday essentials, e.g. plates, cups, candles, etc.
- It’s best to keep things simple with snacks or just cake/gift opening rather than a full meal.
- We cannot guarantee refrigeration.
- We do not provide cooking or heating facilities.
- Do not bring cooking appliances such as crock pots, hot plates, etc.
Can I decorate the party area?
The party area will have tables (covered with a table cloth) and chairs available. If you would like to brighten it up with birthday banners and other decorations, you are welcome to do so.
- We do not permit glass containers, silly string, piñatas or other novelties that disperse.
- We do not permit latex balloons, but do allow mylar balloons.
Can I bring my own pool toys?
Yes, but the lifeguard can refuse the use of any toys you bring. We suggest small water toys, as they are most likely to be accepted.
Do parents need to be in the water with the kids?
Children eight years of age and older are permitted to swim on their own. Any children under the age of 8 must remain within arm's reach of an adult at all times; this means that the responsible person who is 14 years or older must be in the water directly supervising all children 7 years and younger.
What is the policy on mermaid tails?
Mermaid tails are not allowed.
Are there other perks?
Leisure Centre day admissions can be purchased at a 20% discount price, great for filling loot bags!

Types of parties
Surf's up Swim Party
Enjoy two hours of adult supervised swimming in the water park. Enjoy waves, play structures and slides (during public swim times and pool amenities based on staff availability). Plus, one hour in a private party room for food, cake, and gift opening.
- Ages: All ages (minimum ratio of one adult for every three children that are under the age of 8).
- Available times: Saturdays. Parties cannot be booked on holidays.
- Base cost: $140.00 00 for the first 12 people.
- Additional guests: Drop-in admission rates apply. Maximum 35 people altogether.
Jungle Gym Party
Climb, jump, and crawl on our vibrant indoor play structure. It rests on a safe and soft surface. This party includes a one-hour private Jungle Gym booking. Plus, one hour in a private room for food, cake, and gift opening.
- Ages: Walking - 7 years.
- Available times: Saturdays. Parties cannot be booked on holidays.
- Base cost: $175.00 for up to 20 children (no charge for adults, with space capacity of 35 people).

All bookings are subject to a $4.75 risk management fee.
Cancellations
Cancellations or amendments must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to the date of the party.
A $10.00+GST administrative fee is charged for any cancellations or amendments.
